Shipping and Delivery

At Big Bum Bean, we aim to make receiving your coffee as hassle-free as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policies:

United Kingdom Shipping

For orders within the UK, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of £1.50 for all orders up to 2kg.

Orders above 2kg will incur a shipping fee of £4.50. 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

European Union Shipping

For EU orders, we offer standard delivery with a flat rate shipping fee of £9.99.

United States Shipping

Orders to the US are charged a flat rate shipping fee of £15.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 2-4 business days from the date of your order for processing, though it is often quicker. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly in nice cardboard boxes. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. While Royal Mail estimates delivery within 28 days, most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days for UK shipments. If your order has not arrived after 14 days please contact us.

International delivery times may vary and can take longer depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
