REGION & DESCRIPTION

Let's dive deeper into the story behind this exceptional coffee. Ana Mustafa, a visionary coffee producer, leads the LaREB cooperative with unwavering support from Herbert and other dedicated producers. Their mission? To empower smaller or less experienced coffee farmers by providing them with expert production advice and professional quality control. By exporting coffee directly from the farmers, LaREB ensures a secure supply chain and fair compensation for producers.

Ana's commitment to quality shines through in every sip of this coffee. With specialized harvesting, separation, and processing protocols, she's transformed her family's farms into havens for specialty-grade coffee production. Despite the area's reputation for high-volume commercial coffees, Ana's dedication to specialty coffee has paved the way for a new era of excellence in Colombian coffee.

This coffee has undergone a double fermentation process, along with an additional 24-hour fermentation after washing and depulping. The result? A super clean, sweet, and creamy coffee that's perfect for espresso lovers!
