The Cocarive Co-operative and their Brazilian coffee. Nestled amidst the picturesque Serra da Mantiqueira, this region is a haven for coffee lovers. The altitude and mineral-rich volcanic soil work their magic, giving birth to beans of unparalleled sweetness and balance.

Cocarive ensure quality control through testing the entire process and multiple times through the dry milling process. Im pleased to say all farms are certified by the Brazilian Speciality Coffee Association (BSCA).
